Seeking a legal assistant to join our Stony Plain office

Essential functions of the role include managing workflow for a lawyer with a demanding practice, maintaining a busy calendar, scheduling appointments, preparing client letters and accounts, and performing general administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will possess a legal assistant diploma or certificate from an accredited post-secondary institution, at least 3 years of legal assistant experience, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic.

Experience with Microsoft Office applications, the Alberta Land Titles Spatial Information System (SPIN2), and Alberta Corporate Registry are essential to the position.
